WORK SETS: 130x5 150x5 170x10
Accessory Work: Chin-ups: 3 sets of 5 Dips: 3 sets of 10 TRX Rows: 3 sets of 10
(Dips and rows were supersets)
Finished with 1 and a 1/2 hour of grappling (focus was on kneebars again)
