5/3/1, Kettlebells, and BJJ (7/13/12)

Last heavy s&c workout before I start deloading and getting ready for NAGA next Saturday. Here we go!

DEADLIFT

WORK SETS:

ACCESSORY WORK:
2-handed kettlebell swings (32kg) - 5x20

Grappled for about an hour.
