5/3/1, Kettlebells, and MMA (5/15/12)

Just did some light conditioning today to get ready for Saturday.

CONDITIONING:
Prowler + 90lbs: 10 trips of 25yards each
Kettlebell clean and jerk - 1 mph/15 rpm (16kg)
Turkish getups (20kg) - 3 per side
