* A few hundred kicks on the heavy bag
* A lot of jumping rope
* A lot of pullups (and variations)
* Shoulder work with bands
* Some upper back stuff with the TRX
* Several Turkish getups with the 16kg kettlebell
* Kettlebell armbars with the 12kg kettlebell
* Ab work
And unfortunately, I couldn't make it to Irmo for Sorinex Summer Strong this year, but at least we have some of their stuff at the gym to play with:
