Saturday ATG (6/30/12)

Went to the gym and got in a little extra work on some weak points today. Nothing too intense, but definitely much needed.

* Mobility/stability for my shoulders
* Shoulder work with the bands
* Kettlebell presses: 16kg-3x5, 20kg-2x5
* Chinups - 5x5
* Upper back work with the TRX
* A variety of ab work
