5/3/1, Kettlebells, and BJJ (6/11/12)

MILITARY PRESS

WORK SETS:
70x3
80x3
90x8

Did some chinups between each set

ACCESSORY WORK:
Pushups - 3x10 supersetted with
TRX rows - 3x10

Worked on sweeps during jiu-jitsu class today and got in 5 - 5 minute rounds of grappling.
