Did neutral grip pullups with the Fat Gripz between each set
ACCESSORY WORK:
Dips: 4x10
Kroc rows: 2x20 (50lb)
Kettlebell armbars (12kg): 3 per arm
Rolled at open mat for about an hour, and worked on some new stuff I've been kicking around.
